Terms of Service
- Q-Fit is a free service you can use freely within reasonable bounds.
- Harming others or breaking the Service is prohibited.
- You can leave anytime, and we notify you in advance of important changes.
Agreement and Application
These Terms govern your use of Q-Fit (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. We may update the Terms from time to time; significant changes are announced within the Service at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that disadvantage users).
Q-Fit is available only to users aged 14 and over. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
If we discover that a user is under 14, we will restrict registration and promptly delete any personal information we collected.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks provided by the Service belong to Q-Fit or the original authors. You may use the Service materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes; reproduction, distribution, derivative works, or commercial use without prior written consent (including electronic documents) is prohibited.
Content uploaded by users is governed separately by Section 07.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited and may result in restrictions on Service use:
- Collecting or distributing others' personal information without consent, or impersonating others
- Reverse-engineering, crawling, or running automated scripts against the Service, including the use of cheats or macros in games
- Posting or distributing malware, spam, or illegal content
- Disrupting normal Service operations or generating excessive traffic
- Any conduct that violates applicable laws or public order and morals
Service Disclaimer
The personality tests, mini-games, and recommendation tools provided by the Service are for entertainment purposes and do not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information, and you are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the Service.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages arising from causes outside the Service's reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, communication failures, or hacking. We are also not liable for damages caused by your intentional or negligent acts, or for indirect, special, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law. However, this does not apply to damages caused by the Service's intent or gross negligence.
Account and Security
You may create an account through Google sign-in or similar methods, and you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
If you suspect account theft or unusual access, please notify us immediately via the Contact page.
Other OAuth providers such as Chzzk may be added in addition to Google.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or submit to the Service (nicknames, posts, shared results, etc.). However, you grant the Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
Service Changes
The Service may add, modify, or discontinue features for operational or technical reasons. Significant changes will be announced in advance; in urgent cases, post-event notice may be given.
Termination
You may leave your account at any time, in which case related information is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
If you materially breach these Terms, the Service may restrict access or terminate your account after prior notice (or without notice in urgent cases).
