Q-Fit ("the Service") values your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information depending on how you use the Service.
- Account info (optional): Email, nickname, and profile image when you sign in with Google
- Usage records (automatic): Test/game results, point balance & earning history, access timestamps, device/browser info
- Inquiry info (optional): Email, subject, and content when using the inquiry form
We do not collect sensitive data such as resident registration numbers or health information. For children under 14, we do not collect personal information without legal guardian consent.
Purpose of Use
Collected information is used only for the following purposes.
- Save test/game results, provide personalized experience, and credit/debit points
- Prevent abuse and improve service quality
- Respond to inquiries and suggestions
- Fulfill legal obligations
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Service uses cookies and local storage to maintain login, save preferences, and analyze usage statistics. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be limited. We do not collect advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA) separately.
Third-Party Provision
The Service does not sell or share your personal information with third parties. The following are exceptions.
- When you have given prior consent
- When required by law or by a lawful request from investigative authorities
Some operational tasks (Cloudflare hosting, Supabase DB & Auth, Google OAuth) are entrusted to processors. Details are available upon request.
Retention Period
- Account info: Until membership withdrawal (deleted within 30 days after withdrawal)
- Usage records: Up to 1 year (anonymized for statistical purposes only)
- Inquiry info: Deleted 1 year after response is completed
When required by law, we retain information for the legally required period.
